Our Video + Audio Guestbook packages include up to 6 hours of guestbook availability, beginning at your agreed guestbook start time.
Yes. Local delivery, professional setup, and pickup within Port St. Lucie are included with all three packages. Events in Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, and Stuart are available for an additional $100 service-area fee.
Once availability is confirmed, your event date is officially reserved when your Rental & Service Agreement is signed and the required 50% non-refundable booking retainer is received.
The remaining rental balance and the $150 refundable security deposit are due seven (7) days before your event.
Your available recordings will be delivered digitally after your event. If a keepsake USB is included with your selected package or add-on, it will also contain a copy of your available recordings. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly.

how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you visit our
website, submit an inquiry, request availability, book a service, complete
an event form, or otherwise communicate with us.

When you contact us, submit an availability request, request a quote,
complete a booking or event form, or communicate with JC Infinity Events LLC,
we may collect information including:

Event type;
Event date;
Venue name and event location;
Estimated guest count;
Selected package or service;
Event timing and setup information;
Personalization details;
Photos or videos voluntarily submitted for event personalization;
Special requests, notes, questions, or other information you choose to provide;
Invoice, payment, and booking-related information.
We may also receive basic technical information generated through normal
website use, such as browser type, device type, general usage information,
or similar technical data when such features are enabled.
2. How We Use Information

Respond to inquiries and availability requests;
Prepare quotes, estimates, invoices, and Rental & Service Agreements;
Process and manage bookings;
Prepare and personalize the Video + Audio Guestbook experience;
Coordinate delivery, setup, pickup, and event-day logistics;

3. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as
Square.
Payment-card information entered directly into a third-party payment
processor is processed by that provider and is not stored by JC Infinity
Events LLC.
We may receive transaction-related information such as payment status,
transaction amount, invoice details, and other information necessary to
manage your booking.
4. Video and Audio Guestbook Recordings
Guests voluntarily create their own video and audio messages using the
Video + Audio Guestbook during an event.
These recordings are collected for the purpose of delivering them to the
Client who booked the service.
JC Infinity Events LLC does not control the content of guest recordings
and is not responsible for inappropriate, offensive, incomplete,
accidental, or unwanted messages created by guests.
Private guest recordings will not be used for advertising, social media,
or promotional purposes without permission.
JC Infinity Events LLC may delete stored event recordings thirty (30)
days after digital delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and
creating permanent backups of delivered files.
5. Photos and Marketing
JC Infinity Events LLC may photograph the guestbook setup, equipment,
décor, or event display for portfolio, website, social media, or
promotional purposes only when the Client has provided permission.
Private guest recordings will not be used for marketing without separate
permission.
6. Information Submitted Through Forms
JC Infinity Events LLC may use third-party form providers to collect event,
booking, personalization, or inquiry information.
Information submitted through these forms may be processed and stored by
the form provider according to that provider's own privacy practices.
Please do not submit sensitive information that is not necessary for your
booking or event.
7. How We Share Information
JC Infinity Events LLC does not sell personal information.
We may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate the
business or provide your service, including with:
Payment processors;
Form and website service providers;
Email or communication providers;
Cloud storage or file-delivery providers;
Professional advisers or service providers when necessary;
Government or legal authorities when required by law.
Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to
perform their services.
8. Cookies and Website Technology

normal website functionality, security, performance, or enabled website

11. Data Retention
JC Infinity Events LLC retains personal and business records only for as
long as reasonably necessary for booking administration, customer service,
accounting, tax, legal, recordkeeping, and legitimate business purposes.
Event recordings may be deleted thirty (30) days after digital delivery.
12. Information Security
JC Infinity Events LLC takes reasonable measures to protect personal
information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission, electronic storage method, website,
email system, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely
secure.
13. Children's Privacy
This website and our booking services are intended for adults arranging
events and are not directed toward children for the purpose of collecting
personal information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children
through this website for marketing or booking purposes.
14. Your Choices
You may contact JC Infinity Events LLC to request that we correct or update
personal information you previously provided, subject to information we
are required or permitted to retain for legal, accounting, tax,
transaction, or legitimate business purposes.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to rental and service bookings with
JC Infinity Events LLC. Specific packages, services, equipment,
inclusions, pricing, taxes, and approved add-ons are identified in the
Client's invoice or accepted estimate and Rental & Service Agreement.
1. Reservation and Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer of the total invoice amount is required to
reserve the Client's event date.
The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the event date.
The event date is not officially reserved until the required retainer has
been received and the Rental & Service Agreement has been signed.
JC Infinity Events LLC may cancel delivery or setup if the remaining
balance is not paid by the due date.
2. Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $150.00 is due with the final balance,
no later than seven (7) days before the event.
The security deposit is separate from the rental price and is held to
cover loss or damage to JC Infinity Events LLC equipment during the
rental period.
The security deposit will be returned within five (5) business days after
pickup and inspection of the equipment, provided the equipment is
returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, excluding
normal wear and tear.
JC Infinity Events LLC may deduct reasonable and documented repair or
replacement costs for loss or damage caused by the Client or the Client's
guests. Any remaining balance of the security deposit will be refunded to
the Client.
3. Cancellation Policy
The 50% booking retainer is non-refundable once the event date has been
reserved.
If the Client cancels more than fourteen (14) days before the event, any
amount paid above the non-refundable retainer will be refunded.
If the Client cancels fourteen (14) days or less before the event, all
payments made toward the rental or service are non-refundable.
Any refundable security deposit that has already been paid will be
returned, provided no rental equipment has been delivered or placed at
risk.
If the Client has paid the full rental or service balance and cancels more
than fourteen (14) days before the event, JC Infinity Events LLC will
retain the 50% retainer and refund the remaining rental or service amount
paid.
4. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
If JC Infinity Events LLC is available on the new requested date, the
Company may transfer the Client's payments to the new date.
If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation terms above will apply.
5. Rental Period
Unless otherwise stated in the Client's invoice or accepted estimate, the
selected guestbook package includes up to six (6) hours of guestbook
availability.
The six-hour period begins at the agreed guestbook start time, not when
JC Infinity Events LLC arrives for setup.
Additional time must be approved in advance and may require an additional
fee.
6. Equipment Ownership
All rental equipment remains the property of JC Infinity Events LLC.
The Client receives temporary use of the equipment only and may not sell,
loan, transfer, alter, repair, dismantle, or remove the equipment from the
event location without permission.
7. Client Responsibility for Equipment
The Client agrees to take reasonable care of all rental equipment while
it is at the event.
The Client may be financially responsible for loss or damage caused by
theft, misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized movement, spills, water
exposure, negligence, or improper handling by the Client or the Client's
guests.
Normal wear and tear and equipment failure not caused by the Client or
guests are excluded.
If equipment is damaged or lost, JC Infinity Events LLC will provide
reasonable documentation of repair or replacement costs. If those costs
exceed the security deposit, the Client remains responsible for the
documented balance.
8. Delivery, Setup and Pickup
The Client must provide accurate venue information and reasonable access
for delivery, setup, and pickup.
The Client is responsible for obtaining any venue permission required for
the guestbook setup.
The Client is responsible for confirming that the venue provides
sufficient doorway, pathway, elevator, loading, and setup-space access for
all equipment included in the selected package or service.
JC Infinity Events LLC is not responsible for delays caused by venue
restrictions, incorrect information, lack of access, inaccessible loading
areas, or other circumstances outside the Company's control.
9. Placement and Power
The Client must provide a safe and suitable location for the guestbook
setup.
The setup must be protected from rain, excessive moisture, unstable
surfaces, excessive heat, or other conditions that could damage the
equipment.
If electrical power is required, the Client or venue must provide access
to a functioning electrical outlet.
10. Outdoor Events
Outdoor placement must be approved by JC Infinity Events LLC.
JC Infinity Events LLC may move, disconnect, or remove equipment if
weather or environmental conditions create a risk of injury or equipment
damage.
This includes rain, lightning, strong winds, flooding, excessive heat, or
other unsafe conditions.
11. Guest Recordings
Guests voluntarily create their own video and audio messages.
JC Infinity Events LLC does not control what guests record and is not
responsible for inappropriate, offensive, incomplete, accidental, or
unwanted messages.
JC Infinity Events LLC cannot guarantee that every guest will use the
guestbook or that every attempted recording will be completed
successfully.
12. Technical Issues
JC Infinity Events LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide properly
functioning equipment.
Electronic equipment may occasionally experience unexpected technical
issues.
If a significant equipment failure caused by JC Infinity Events LLC
prevents substantial use of the service, JC Infinity Events LLC may
provide an appropriate partial or full refund depending on the
circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, JC Infinity Events LLC is not responsible
for consequential damages, emotional damages, lost opportunities, or
losses exceeding the amount paid for the affected service.
13. Digital Delivery and Recordings
Available recordings will be transferred and delivered to the Client
after the event.
The Client is responsible for downloading and creating permanent backups
of delivered recordings.
JC Infinity Events LLC may delete stored event recordings thirty (30)
days after digital delivery.
The Client should therefore save and back up all files promptly.
14. Keepsake USB (If Included)
If a keepsake USB is included in the selected package, add-on, invoice,
or accepted estimate, it will contain available event recordings.
Any keepsake USB provided is an additional copy and should not be treated
as the Client's only permanent backup.
15. Venue and Guest Conduct
JC Infinity Events LLC is not responsible for injuries, losses, or
damages caused by the Client, guests, venue staff, vendors, or other third
parties.
The Client agrees not to allow guests to climb on, intentionally damage,
tamper with, or improperly move any guestbook equipment, display, booth,
stand, signage, or other rental item included in the selected package.
16. Photos and Marketing
Private guest recordings will not be used for JC Infinity Events LLC
advertising or social media without permission.
The Client may separately authorize JC Infinity Events LLC to photograph
the guestbook setup for portfolio or promotional purposes.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JC Infinity Events LLC's total liability
arising from a rental or service will not exceed the amount actually paid
by the Client for the affected rental or service, except where applicable
law requires otherwise.
18. Rental & Service Agreement
The Client's signed Rental & Service Agreement, together with the
Client's invoice or accepted estimate identifying the selected package,
services, equipment, inclusions, add-ons, and pricing, and any written
changes agreed to by both parties, represents the agreement between
JC Infinity Events LLC and the Client.
Any changes must be agreed to in writing.
